At Studio Shaolin, we had the pleasure of transforming a three-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium in the heart of Kailua Town into a serene, modern cottage retreat. Our clients entrusted us with a comprehensive renovation that revitalized every corner of their home, blending functionality with aesthetic charm.

The kitchen, previously lacking both style and storage, underwent a complete overhaul. We leveled the existing countertop to create a seamless, extended surface, incorporating additional cabinetry beneath for enhanced storage solutions. The introduction of floating shelves opened up the space, while a soothing sage green complemented by dusty pink accents imbued the area with a modern cottage ambiance.

Both the primary and guest bathrooms were fully renovated to offer spa-like experiences. We selected fixtures and finishes that harmonize with the overall design, ensuring each bathroom serves as a tranquil retreat.

Beyond the kitchen and bathrooms, we updated the flooring throughout the condominium, installed new windows and doors, and applied fresh paint to all surfaces. Strategic lighting enhancements further elevated the home's ambiance, creating a cohesive and inviting environment.
