Investment + Payment Structure
Every project is unique, but our approach to billing remains clear and consistent. We've designed our payment structure to be simple, transparent, and easy to navigate, so you can focus on the excitement of creating your home while feeling confident about every step of the process.
Project Retainer
Your project officially begins once the design retainer is received. This secures your place in our schedule and allows us to begin the discovery, planning, and design process.
Monthly Time Billing
Design services are billed monthly based on time spent on your project. Detailed invoices are provided each month, giving you complete visibility into the work completed.
We bill in 15-minute increments at the following rates:
Principal/Senior Designer: $275
Senior Designer: $250
Junior Designer: $225
Design Assistant: $175
Monthly Admin Fee: $10
*There is a 30-day out clause. At any point, if you want to stop your project with us, we just need a 30-day notice and we will tie up all loose ends and hand the project back over to you.
Purchasing Phase
Once the design is approved and you're ready to move forward with procurement, payment for furnishings, materials, and décor is collected in full.
This includes all product costs, freight, delivery, and applicable taxes, allowing us to place and manage orders on your behalf without delays.
