We did a full-gut renovation to this condo to get it ready for sale. This included flooring, a new paint job, a new kitchen, and bathrooms. Since we weren't sure who the new owners would be, we kept a modern coastal feel, with a subtle grain pattern on the cabinets and pops of color in the tile and finishes. My favorite is the terrazzo floor tile in the guest bathroom and the hexagon blue tile floor in the primary bathroom. This project proves that the right color combinations can bring life to windowless spaces and appeal to the masses. Our client was thrilled with the end result and so were we!
